Paul Flick is a con artist.  He has a proven track record of buying distressed franchises and then scamming the business owners of their royalties.  In addition he has offered services and programs to the franchisees, directed payments for the services through his office to be forwarded to the service providers, and never paid the amount due.  To put it simple, he steals from people.  He has also scammed various investors to partner up with him, lying about the his businesses P/L, just to run off with the capital.   Paul Flick is famous for not paying any of his vendors or business partners.  Worse yet, he has an even bigger habit of sending checks with a zero balance in the accounts costing the merchants not only time and grief but additional bank charges on top of the unpaid balances.    Paul Flick can not be trusted.
