On Feb. 6, 2010 the sound went out on the tv.   They sent a service center out and he said that had to order a main signal board.  That would take about 5-7 business days.  The part was ordered 2/10/2010.

Never heard anything so called to check status 2/22...still no part.  Called HSN warranty dept (HSN Protection Plus) and they checked and said part was on back order till 2/22.

2/26 still no word.  Called Repair center again...no part.  They gave me a number for NEW and called that.  They would not talk to me...referred me back to HSN warranty dept.  Called them and spoke to Evan.  He said it looked like the part was canceled.  They were to do a follow up 3/3...for me to call back.

3/3 still no part and no word.  Now Megan at HSN warranty says the part was reordered 2/26...give it 5-7 business days again....

3/5 Spoke to Debbie at HSN warranty.  She transferred me to Kayla, a supervisor.  By this time I am ready to explode!!!!  She said they have not been able to get any answers either.  She would have someone call me back this day about status.   She said if this is not resolved they would refund my money.  That is all I have been asking for all along.  How long does this take to get something resolved?   It has been a month.  BIG SURPRISE....NO CALL BACK AS PROMISED!

3/8 Called HSN warranty dept again...this time got Jackie ( you can never get the same peron you talked to before).  Lucklily they keep notes....many pages from what I can tell.  Jackie said there is no word and I should not have been told that someone would get back to me Friday...it takes 3-5 business days for a response. She said she would put in for a parts request and someone will get back to me.  She also said if they don't get this resolved within 2 months they MAY take other action and refund my money....2 MONTHS...ARE THEY NUTS!   TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

ENOUGH!!!!   I WANT MY $599 PLUS TAX PLUS EXTENDED WARRANTY COST OF $59 PLUS TAX RETURNED TO ME IMMEDIATELY.  I ALSO WANT A PHONE CALL FROM SOMEONE HERE TELLING ME THEY GOT THIS LETTER AND ARE RESPONDING TO MY REQUEST.

I am also making a report on RipOff Report and Complaint Boards and any other site I can find as well as BBB.  I will never buy another electronic device from HSN as they do not care about you once they have your money.
