Had the warranty with HWA for a few years and used them for a few minor things.  Had them come out for freon twice on the same ac unit in less than 2 years.  Paid $250 both times.  Recently the tech said that I shouldn't be loosing freon that fast unless there was a leak.  If there was a leak then it wasn't fixed the first time they came out and put freon.  Additionally the tech stated that the previous tech should have put thread lock on the caps and that could have caused the leak.  I called HWA to question why my leak wasn't fixed the first time causing me to pay another $250 for the exact same issue and they said they couldn't do anything about it.  Said that I could call the company that came out 2 years ago and complain about it.

Also, the tech that came out to replace my freon never stepped foot inside my house despite me telling him that water was leaking in the attic at the ac unit.  He said the Freon would fix that.  It obviously didn't and its still leaking water a week later.  I called HWA about it and they are having the same company come back out and they said I MIGHT not have to pay another trade fee.  MIGHT?  I am not paying a dime because they didn't check it out the first time when I clearly told them about it and it was on my claim when I called it in.

Stay away from this company.  After this contract is up I am canceling and doing research to find a more reputable company.
