Homebound Management Inc Jacob A Grimm, Bobbi Grimm Slum Land Lord, Multiple times called & written letters to repair apartment. There is very little pater pressure to all my faucets, tiny stream of hot water, cold water only runs from faucets, drains leak under all the sinks, requested for more than a year to fix these issues. I did rent their apartment on Overlook Drive in Akron.

I called to have place inspected and

all the violations were documented with the 

housing department. So you can look up the proof

by researching the housing with county.

There are also previous neighbors who were

frustrated by the poor upkeep of appliances.,

gas lines, water lines and just major problems.

Jacob Grimm is by far the slum landlord I 

documented accurately.

We have never rented to anyone by this name. 

It has been impossible to convince these landlords to fix my two bedroom apartment. I am residing in duplex. The stairs are broken stone steps that are very dangerous to walk on. The railing on the from porch is not attached and when someone holds onto it it sways and several persons have nearly fallen. The front porch has a hole in wood board that is 8 inches by 14 inches and is very dangerous.

I have had chronic plumbing issues in both bathroom and kitchen. They refuse to call a licensed contractor so after many months of waiting to get things fixed it is broken the next day. I have no hot water in my kitchen sink. My bathroom sink faucet is broken. The drain leaks and the pipes fall off if you try to put on water. I have to boil water on stove to clean my dishes and pans. I did certificate of mailing twice in november and october and still the repairs are not done.

For thanksgiving, christmas and new years i have not  had fullly functioning bathroom or kitchen. Multiple times the landlord has told me he and she were going to come on a certain day. Seven times in three weeks they have no call or no show up to fix. They own many properties and a mobile home park. They are the definition of slum lord. Bobbi has multiple times stated that my complaints were not urgent. I have warned many potential renters of the nightmare i have experienced being there tenant. All should be warned!!!  My moving day cannot come soon enough. Have to go now and boil water to wash dishes.
