I recieved information from homecomings. They admit it was their fault. A forced placed policy is in effect. Adjusters will be arriving soon.

mark please see my report gmac deaf dumb and blind i have the same prob twith gmac although i have had to lose my home i am fighting the hell out of them and hope is out there i was contacted by an attorney in san fran about a class action suit i will contact him and tell him to look at your report thanks for the info
