Homecomings financial has been an endless nightmare to our family for over a year. We are in the process of having to file bankruptcy in order to keep our home (Which is a humble one at that) We work hard but have had nothing but grief with the run around from this mortgage company, let fees that just seem to appear out of nowhere and people that seem to dissappear once you have talked with them. I can never get the same person twice when I call to resolve anything. I am tired of sitting on the phone for 45 minutes just have to re-explain my situation so that I can be transferred to another department in which I am asked to re-explain everthing again!

We are making our payments on time (I have the cashed checks and the endless paper trail to prove it ) I then get a letter saying that they are motioning to dismiss our bankruptcy, proceed with forclosure because we are two months behind . The months they are claiming we did not pay are ones that I have cashed checks in hand for. They are now once again tacking on these late fees and accrued late charges . We have been fighting for over a year and paying all these so called late fees, taken off from work, paid for legal help and we still cannot get anywhere with this company.

There are people that are irresponsible our there and are not making any payments- We are not one of those people!! We are living paycheck to paycheck and making our payments for the mortgage- Why are we getting slammed? !!!Class action suit- sign us up- Please help us save our house.

God Bless all of us that have fallen vicitm to these mean and greedy people. Good luck finding them, they have an address in Iowa, Arizona, Kentucky and Texas (and those are just the ones I know of)
