Homecomings Financial Network - GMAC Mortgage - Castle Meinhold & Stawiarski used fraud over billing violation of both Federal and Colorado Law to foreclose on my home Denver Colorado

On Monday, September 10,2007,a sheriff arrived at my home. I was informed that Homecomings Financial Network,had ordered a "Lock-Out", for the following Thursday, September 13,2007. I have been in direct communication with Castle Meinhold & Stawiarski, for months,requesting a Pay Out Cost,updates on any eviction action, and fair treatment.

I have offered to pay off the price of buying back my home, since before Foreclosure,and the Redemption Period.I became disabled,with a hip injury, and was unable to work. My previous investor offered to pay for the home, with a mortgage undertaken by my sister.

No normal financial company, bank or Government Financing would take the refinance, due to the negative credit reort, and fraudulent appraisal used to value the house.

I am now suing Homecomings Financial in U.S.District Court, and Colorado Appeals Court. I am representing myself. Colorado is an "Outlaw State" where
the so called Legal Aid , and Advocate Offices only tell you not to fight.

Lawyers will not return calls,or state honestly that there is a conflict of interest. Therefore I am representing myself.The Colorado District Court Judge Munsinger violated my Civil Rights.

Judge Munsinger openly told Hanna Namoff Dulski, attorney,for Homecomings exactly the forms that he would require to "Guarantee that this woman ,(ME)never comes back to my court".I was not allowed to give my evidence;or review evidence for the Plaintiff, Homecomings. The Homecomings evidence was placed under "Court Seal";under my protest.

It would appear that some U.S. States have returned to the Old Days of "Kangeroo Courts" , and "Jim Crow " Laws.I have not given up. A foreign Investment Group will help the American People to fight back.

I want to work with anyone who will provide the story of their financial dealings with Homecomings Financial Network, and GMAC.We have formed a Non-Proft Credit Union,and Cooperative.We will start or join a Class Action Suit, and Publicity Campaign with Multi-Media, starting on criminals like Homecomings Financial .

Victims much show fraud, "Systemic Abuse "of more than one person.I have spoken with the U.S. Civil Rights Commission, FBI, Attorney General for Colorado, the Fair Housing Commission,and the U.S. Justice Department.
