I called them last week, and got placed on hold for an hour...literally. So I hung up and called back, except this time when the automated machine suggested for ins., new, or existing loan, I chose the selection for 'new loan'. and remarkably, I got some one right away, and was able to get the info that I needed.:))...Good luck...

You see, they are trying to foreclose on my home...claiming that they don't have 2 months payment...I filed bankruptcy 19 months ago and have not missed a payment...and have all the proof (canceled checks, etc), and the 2 months they are "missing" they really aren't missing they are just trying to buy time to try to come up with another way to take my home. there is alot of lose ends, that I am not going to go into detail, too much to type, but they (Homecomings) are the biggest crooks of the century.

And to those of you who want to talk crap because I had to file bankruptcy... My husband became deathly ill and had to have a limb amputated, which is why we went into arears...just to set that straight. Thanks.
