When we were processing our home loan I called them several times about the insurance and escrow payment included in the monthly loan payment. The one time I got through to someone they said that it is always included in the payment because these are mandatory payments. later our insurance company called and said that no insurance payments had been made.

I have emailed them asking if they are some form of a rip off company and tried to call but I never get a response.

Now if I try to set up my monthly payment to include the insurance and escrow they never respond or include it!!!
