They see and hear how bad tha housing issue is rite now.
Of course, (8002062901) they Know millions of families have lost there homes to the same type mortgage products (arm-subprime) they are serving.
That alone reveals insight into there overall agenda. Get Paid...
Fact? When u call Homecomings (crooks) they reveal the fact they are fimiliar with OBAMA's housing plan. Right? They give all of us tha same excuse?

Obviously, I to have had tha absolute worst experience's in 5 years of paying mortgage to a predatory lender.

At this point, I have sent in tha Financial analysis docs and tha foreclosure repayment plan's 3rd payment has been recieved by HC. I can read so I know I fit tha housing plan's requirements. Next Step????
Will they modify? Reduce interest rate? Will they execute the govt housing plan? Will they do anything but what they have done thru out???? I'm educated (and conditioned=BLK) enuff to NOT let my Hope's get up.

Using common sense over tha years, I always felt that HC was Doing Me something terrible, tricky mathematical interest rate increases and hidden fees that mathematically make your mortgage unpayable.
Plus, they put service agents in place to make you feel uncomfortable with the whole HC mortgage issue. A loan modification with HC is actually a forebearance-most likely your overall principal balance will increase.
Jus like many others? I currently owe more than the original sales price.

How is that? Honestly? Borrower pay 5 years on a loan and after 5 years somehow owe more than the original balance of that loan. Fact? ARM-Subprime was a trap from tha jump. The primary reason for the current recession we're in. The Broker only acted as if he was working
honestly and professionally in getting me approved for the mortgage loan. At closing, after pursuing the 2nd home purchase for six month's he changed the game plan and said I'd have to get/take a ARM to close that day.

Then later? the (mortgage leaches) HC predatory lenders got there hands on the mortgage to take full advantage.
Homecomings financial is basically a well-organized group of vulture's going around monthly---dropping in house to house eating up our monthly income with no regulations or oversight. The rich staying rich and poor stay poor agenda as usual. Wall street arrest hav'nt hit HC yet. Maybe neva will?
