My sister-in-law is losing her house of 15yrs her and her children will be out on the street because of these people! she never missed a payment in all these years. she fell on hard times got divorced, filed bancruptcy but reaffirmed on her morgage and the lawyer told her not to send payments because the morg comp. could not accept them while in bankruptcy proceedures?>

so after being granted her discharge homeEq has been "working with her" uping her payments and not responding to her calls or coraspondance's so long story short the 19th of june 2009 she got her notice of forcloser seems homeEq never sent/applied her 1100.00 mth pymts she has made since jan 2009.she has all reciepts and stuff but we can find no one to help. please any one any info would be greatly appriciated
