I talked to the lady who was my counselor there and she said she couldn't get my paperwork, that the lady who ran Kansas City made them lose their grant money so they fired her and closed the office. People were paying them money the day before they closed and now can't get their records or the help they paid for. I call the toll free number and they always say someone will call back but after 7 times, no one calls.
