HOMEQ SERVICES WACHOVIA homeq is trying to foreclose on my house charge me late fees that don't exist. It is all a scam ripoff Sacramento California

Dear rip-off report I am so pleased to have found your site. I am another victom of homeq servicing. I have been with homeq for ten years and I've been trying despretly to get away from them.

In 2000 homeq had contacted me to inform me that my loan was in forcolser my husband and I were first time buyers so did not know much of what to do in a case like this so we let homeq hit us with 4000 dollars in extra charges. Since then my husband and I have kept every payment we have sent them.

But on April 16th 2006 I called homeq to make a monthly payment and I was told my account was two months behind and they were taking forcloser acction. After one hour of trying to explain to the reppersentive that I had all my bank staments proveing this was a mistake I got no where. the folling day I received a court paper from homeq/wachovia that they were taking forecloser action. My husband and I refuse to be a victom again to homeq.

Since 1998 we have given homeq 30,000 and the loan is only for 16,000 which of there is 12,000 left on. In the mean time homeq has been taking payments from us which you can not do if your in forecloser. Being I am a very sick women with a lot of medical problems all the strass landed me in the hospital.

Once that happened my mother called homeq to try to come to a payoff quote so we could be done with this croul unscrpulous people. They came back with a quote higher then the loan it self. I think if we all stick together and go the media maybe we can expose these people for what they realy are. How can any self respecting bank try to foreclose on a home with three children over pennies. THANK YOU
