HOMEQ SERVICING LIARS, THIEVES, RIPOFF EVRYONE THEY CAN AND WILL RIPOFF RALEIGH North Carolina

Lets see,we first got in touch with Homeq when they took over our mortgage and did't send us a billing statement.I called them for a statement,they said it wasn't their policy to send out statements,i told them,no statements,no money,i got transferred to four different people telling me the same thing.Everything got worse,we'd send in a payment on time,we got a harrassing phone call from them,send money in a little late,harrassment again.We have never missed a payment with any of our loan companys until Homeq got our contract and apparently started losing our payments,or putting them in someone elses account.We have struggled and fought with this company for two years,then our payment went up,without notification of course.We sent in our usual payment,they kept it,next month,sent our usual payment,they sent it back saying they had no place to put partial payments,how about into my account for starters,oh the last payment they kept went into a slush fund to take care of late fees and penalties,i was told,yea right,it probably lined somebodys pocket.Now their not accepting payments cause of foreclosure,their selling our house in February in a court room to the highest bidder,which will probably be them.My wife and i are just sick to death of the stress and depression these people have put on us.Please we need help to take Homeq down and teach them that they as well we are not above the law.Anyone wanting to contact me to help me fight the system called Homeq Servicing,Tell me in your next letter to ripoffreport.com,Thank you.Togethr we can get our lives back in order,as well as our credit report.
