Homeq Servicing, the only people their servicing is themselves. My wife and i lost our home to Homeq due to fore closure. Homeq claims to have not gotten payments, bullcrap. they got all my payments and more. I had them send me a payment statement from beginning to end. they have me as paying 17 payments. the total time we were with them.

thats funny, i have 25 receipts, where did my money go, only Homeq knows, but my lawyer is going to find out. I have told my lawyer that when he finds out where my money went. i want it back. i want my house back free and clear and i want all the money i paid to Homeq, only for them to destroy our lives.

I don't know how they sleep at night screwing people over the way they do. I hope in an on going investigation with fraudulent lending and foreclosures that someone is watching Homeq servicing with a close eye and shuts them down, but not before everyone gets their home back and all their money.

homeq in general and its employees rebuttals

AUTHOR: Eileen - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, May 22, 2007

wow the employees of homeq must have nothing better to do than sit and read these and cause trouble. They do want to foreclose. they want to ruin lives. all i can say to everyone is get out. get away from these people and refinance with a different bank. Banks dont sell to these types of brokers. They tried to ruin our lives. They lost. We now have an atty who is going after them. We recently contacted a Mortgage Co. and are refinancing. They also hate homeq and said would never sell to them. I was told homeq was ticked off that we are leaving. they didnt want to give them the payoff. too bad huh? if its because of your credit scores here is what to do.

if there is anyway you can get enough money to pay off anything that is negative on your credit report do it. the bank we are using is the first that told us that. our scores were 550. after paying everything on the report i am glad to say our scores shot up to 875. we will now get the lowest rate out there. believe me you will look back on this and laugh because you won you beat homeq. good luck to all.

I know thats hard to believe we lose money on a foreclosure. I would love to explain it to you, but just like everyone going into foreclosure, your main goal in life is to prove your point is the right one whether it is or not.

Yes, we lose money on a foreclosure, thats why we encourage someone who is going to get foreclosed on to short sale before the inevitable occurs.

You should stick to renting.

There is ALWAYS equity in real estate-that's why you want it. Your company will certainly not lose any money. If they do, they don't belong in business.

Get Real

We dont want to foreclose on your house. If you knew anything about the real estate business you would be able to understand that. Foreclosure is the worst possible solution for both the customer and the company. We lose money when we foreclose on a home.

And HomEq is a sub-prime mortgage servicer. We dont own these loans, all we do is service them. I bet when your attorney reviews your information he will explain to you why you are wrong and have no case.

Get Real.

Just like how nobody who goes to jail is guilty... no one that goes into foreclosure was ever late....
