Hello,
I attmepted to do business with Homes Inc. They reached out to me about my lead selling service and we did business. When the time came, The owner of Homes Inc. Chris Faulkner and hist right hand man Nelson (Earl is his real name) decided to scam me and my business partner for $3400.
In 2009 earl was on this site for investment fraud
They have now blocked all routes of communication and therefore I'm warning all potential investors of this.
The Chris faulkner I found is currently in trouble for investment fraud witha company called Brietling Energy.

Since I have posted this they tried to pay account but purposely declined payment. They have no intentions of paying, and i know they are scam artists.
Ill be going to SEC< local police, attorney, PI, ETC to get them in toruble. For now,
I wanted to warn the general Public about them .
Very bummed about this.

Homes Inc Newest Scam by Christopher Faulkner, Earl Nelson Davenport and Matthew Rapoport,
AUTHOR: CJ - (United States)
SUBMITTED: Saturday, March 03, 2018
Christopher Faulkner, the self-described "Frack Master" accused of committing an $80 million fraud in Dallas, has resurfaced in California with a new scheme, according to a federal lawsuit.
The Securities and Exchange Commission said Faulkner "repackaged" the blueprint of his Dallas oil industry swindle and applied it to a real estate flipping scheme in Southern California.
The Sept. 11 lawsuit, sealed from public view until a few days ago, claims that Faulkner and two business partners "duped investors into purportedly funding real estate projects." A federal judge has ordered Faulkner's business assets to be frozen.
Two other defendants were named in the lawsuit, including sales manager Earl Nelson Davenport, who had previously been sanctioned by California and Pennsylvania regulators for violations of securities law, according to the lawsuit.
Davenport could not be reached for comment, and it wasn't clear if he had legal representation.
Matthew Rapoport, also a partner of Faulkner's in a Los Angeles Web hosting and internet services business, was listed as the company's president and managing partner. Gary P. Krupkin, Rapoport's Richardson-based attorney, said he had not seen the complaint and could not comment.

Do Not Do Business With Homes Inc
AUTHOR: Jamie - (Canada)
SUBMITTED: Saturday, February 10, 2018
I have yet to receive any communication from Chris or the entire team at Homes Inc. They still owe me $1200 and are still using the jingle and radio ads we wrote and produced for them. Do not do business with these guys. Again, you can read more of my story on how they ripped me off directly here - https://creativeready.com/beware-www-homesinc-com-scam/

Yes, Homes Inc Is A Scam!

I too have been scammed by Homes Inc. I rendered services for a gentleman by the name of Chris Falkner (not sure if that's even his real name) and they paid for my services with a stolen credit card. I have a written article about it here.
https://creativeready.com/beware-www-homesinc-com-scam/
My advice is to stay clear of these guys.

The post is untrue

First and foremost I want to say that I am the author of this post and it is completely untrue.
My only interaction with Homes, Inc. was that I was a vendor who provides sales leads.
I jumped the gun thinking that they hadn’t paid for services when they actually did.
I’m trying to do the right thing and let everyone know that Homes, Inc. is a legitimate business and have not heard or seen anything to tell me otherwise.
I’ve dealt with Matthew Rapoport on numerous occasions and he has always done what he says he is going to do.
I regret posting this and causing harm to his business.
Also, The individuals referenced above don’t have anything to do with Homes inc. and I have confirmed this.

I the author of this post, made a mistake. The comapny is EXACTLY who they say they are. They did pay IN FULL and i was being very immature and overracting.
Since i cant take the post down i just wanted to try what i could to let everyone know who reads this that the comapny is legit, all those link are associated with people of similar names.
Short Story is for anyone reading this, I woke up at five in the morning to a declined PayPal statement that was from two weeks ago that Chris and I had already rectified. I thought it had to do with the current weeks payment, and I was over-the-top irrational and immature. If I can take down the post I would.
Sorry homes inc. and sorry chris

Homes Inc. is a great company, they've always paid me. There was only one discrepancy, and it wasn't even their fault. I woke up at 5 o'clock in the morning to a PayPal notification saying that the previous payment was declined. But I thought it was the current payment, so I was irational and started making these posts.
Chris and his team are great people and have always held their end of the bargain. If i could take this down i would.
