Aways assess late fees if not useing their automated billing proess whitch there is a 15.00 fee to use the automated process they also assess a fees to talk to them and another fee to pay over the phone.so know matter what you do you are always assessed a fee even if you pay by check by mail it takes them 10 days to read it so they can hit you with a $50 fee.(all fees are assessed every month)
