Homestar Property Solutions did not pay me for contracted services for property preservation of bank owned properties. Like most vendors, we had a good report for 4 years prior to the company changing from Energy to Homestar. I Payments fell behind and eventually stopped. I would contact them with them saying "we will pay you but can not forecast when you will be paid." none the less i still have not been paid it has been 11 months since the jobs were completed. I do call them and email them often with hate emails letting them know how I feel about not being paid and the distress they have caused my family. I will try my best to make it an uncomfortable work environment for all who work there and second guess their career path. If they have enough animosity the company will eventually implode.

it has been two years since we have gotten paid for work that we completed for Homestar I keep getting the same thing we're in litigation blah blah blah no answer to emails phone calls nothing is anybody out there that can help me get our money that is owed to us I would like to start or find out if there's already a class action lawsuit against Homestar something needs to be done with this rip off company

Homestar property solutions stills owes on contracted work. The work was completed 8/2013 and has not been paid in full. The rebuttal claiming they have been able to get people paid is not completely true.
