Charging after cancellation

signed up for Intuit webpage service under the guise of a two week Free Trial. After looking through their templates and realizing they were too generic I called In and cancelled. Afterwards noticed I was still being charged. Called them and was treated very unprofessionally by arrogant staff, every time I called them they would dodge me by saying I " should be expecting a call the next day in regards to my problem." I called them back one last time and was met with the same response… I told them I had enough and would not wait any longer and I would in fact file a report with the Attorney General's office. What do i hear? " can you hold… yes we'll deposit the undue charges back to your account." got my money back the next day.

I have been a very happy customer of this company for 4 years with no complaints. Just because you experinced some sort of problem with them doesnt make them a scam. They have great web site tools to create web sites that are easy to use. I have personally never had any down time, billing problems or support problems with this company. I highly recommend them.
