Aparently, the companies Dealtime,HomeWorksPlus , Adaptive Marketing LLC, Adaptive Marketing LLC, and at home rewards are all the same company that operates by advertising on "legitimate companies." Some of the companies are Truecredit.com, Dell.com and classmates.com.

Truecredit.com is owned by Transunion a major credit agency and with just you entering your email address will transfer you Name, Address and Credit Card number to the fraudulent company. They hide the language in very small print:

The advertiser that Truecredit.com has partnered with goes under the companies Home Works Plus
(http://www.homeworksplus-program.com) & Adaptive Marketing (http://www.adaptivemarketing.com/).

Apparently once these marketing companies get your credit card numbers or checking account information they start placing monthly charges on your credit cards from $9.95 per/month up, with some reported charges of over $200 per/month. They have a number of toll free number to get off the list but will not give out their information. Adaptive marketing can be reached at 1-800-962-4106 or 1-888-681-7216 or 888-681-7216.
