Monte Stettin is a criminal and should be put away forever in prison! He is simply a bully and threatens lawsuits against anyone that has the courage to expose his EVIL deeds! The entire neighborhood warned me about this predator about doing any business with him.

I refused, and did not acknowledge that his buildings are inferior, and leak and are not built up to legal codes. He has his lawyers write up the lease agreements to reflect any deficiencies onto the unsuspecting tenant.

He colludes with other lawyers and knows all the judges to always win in court and you are left with nothing!!

You must simply not do business with Monte Stettin! He will bleed you dry at any cost. He has no soul, no integrity
