Honda Cars of Bellevue tried to sell me a car. They made it seem like it was a sure thing. They even made me change my car insurance to that car before I left. I had to put a deposit down on the car. Even though they had already checked my credit score and they told me I should be able to get a loan for what I needed without any problem, I was denied a loan. The whole process put 8 hard inquires on my credit report. This only lowered my credit score by 10 points but after changing my auto insurance from one car to another and then back to the previous car the next day, my auto insurance score went down 62 points!

Then, when I went to the store to get my deposit back, they ran my debit card as a sale instead of refund so I had twice the amount of the deposit off of my account. The money they took out of my account showed up right away but it took several days for the refunded money to get back to me. I'd be more understanding if I had to wait to get the original deposit back but I had double the money out because of their mistake.
