 Just a quick note as it relates to the owner rebuttal. Actions speak louder than words: Stevie, I have been trying to get ahold of you in regards to the agreement we made on how you were going to remedy the problems I had with your company. You personally came to my residence and also wrote to me agreeing to the very fair remedy I offered. You even made a payment towards that remedy, however have since disappeared. Please contact me in regards to following through with the remainder of the agreement. Thanks, RickZoanni

 With that being said, during our last conversation I explained to you that the contractor that you hired was not employed by my company and I did not authorize any work to be completed for your driveway. I did my best to find you another contractor to help you since I was not able to do so and no one I personally knew was able to help. I never signed a contract (I document every project I agree to do), and I never received any payment for your job. You hired an independent contractor, not Honest Concrete Solutions. I am sorry I was not able to help you and it is a terrible situation to be in as a customer. However, if you did receive any sort of documentation with my company information please let me know immediately. I tried to track down the gentlemen that performed the work for you and he is not returning any forms of communication. I understand you are upset and with good reason but making false claims and attacking the integrity of my business and personally slandering my name is wrong. I am new to the industry and false claims such as yours can cost my family everything by attempting to hurt my reputation when I did what I could to help you.
