*UPDATE EX-employee responds: Not so Honest Florist
*UPDATE Employee: Honest Florist
After not returning my calls or emails, I went over to this place expecting to see a florist shop! Don't be fooled by the nice website, I walked into there office and they were nothing but a BOILER ROOM. Computers, phones and skin heads as employees! I asked to talk to this Benon (owner) and he refused to come out of his office. All I wanted was my money back, or a return phone call or both.

Not so Honest Florist

I had the pleasure of working there and truth be told, it's all a scam. How it works is, you place an order online for flowers, let's say roses, they charge $60 for the flowers plus a delivery fee. Out of the $60, Aron or whomever he has assigned will take the order and pass it to a customer service rep to call out the order for $50, which right there $10 are gone, where did it go? Ask Mr. Benon. From there the CS rep needs to find a florist that can fill it for $50 total, including delivery. You may ask, "wait, i paid for delivery?" yes you did, but that delivery fee does not go to the delivering florist. So in total, you paid roughly $70 for roses to be delivered to your loved one, the flowers being delivered to your loved one are valued less than $50, remember the florist has to take out money for delivery. Also which some of you may not know, there's a split between Honest Florist and the delivering florist, usually about 80/20. With that said, when working there our biggest complaint was the flowers looked nothing like what was ordered online. Which it's true, the flowers shown on the site are full value of what you think you're paying, but the flowers delivered are no where near what you paid. It's a scam, I can vouch. I really hope people read this and are aware of the scams this company does. Ask Mr. Benon about this and of course he'll deny it. Ask an ex employee and they will tell you what goes on.

Sounds like you got a raw deal. Ever thought about maybe the flower shop didnt hold up their side of the bargain? I work there and sorry no skins heads. Most the staff are females And its nothing like boiler room. Its just a internet company with a service. Think about it people dont wanna call the flower shop they just wanna click 5 times and poof have it be done.
