Honor Finance LLC not a good company do business with, they are very unprofessional and very deceitful, untrustworthy. I have a 2005 ford crown Victoria finance through honor finance of late 2015 and nobody explain the detail of auto finance. I was told they would work with me if I be late in my payments, however they repossessions the vehicle the next following day. When I call the company the staff was very rude and ignorant on the phone. Then I call the so-call vice-president of the company I was told they did not repossessions the vehicle. Next following day I contact the company I was told by customer service representative the vehicle was indeed repossession and tow to the nearest tow yard. Now they are suing me for unpaid balance. Do not trust this company and it staff nor it management.

Trust???

You signed a legally binding contract in which YOU agreed to make payments on time. YOU failed to do that thus turning on their repo process. Trust. They don't trust you because YOU FAILED to do what you promised to do! Go to the dictionary and see what "trust" means!
