I ordered a sample of Hoodia online for 6.49 with my credit card. I tried to print a copy of the order and it would not allow me to. The company claims that I checked a box agreeing to additional supplements every month unless I contacted them by phone. There was a phone number on the first month's supplement and I tried to call and cancel. No one ever ansered the phone. I wrote a letter to the only address that ever appeared. It was postmarked 12/10 and was returned as undeliverable. I FINALLY reached customer service and was told that I could not drop the agreement in a letter, that I had agreed to only cancel by phone. When I pointed out that no one answers, they were unresponsive. They refused to credit my account for unwanted product.
