HoodiaPlex Labs, Hoodia Complex HoodiaPlex Labs, Las Vegas, Nevada is a Rogue Company, Illegally withdrew $69.95 from my checking account Las Vegas Nevada

I order a free trial sample of Hoodia Complex with Gree Tea and shipping charges was $6.95. The website stated that If I contacted the company within 14 days any future shipments would be cancel.

I try to call and cancel out of the auto shipment program the same day I received my sample because it contain caffeine which was not stated on the website,The website is mis-leading because it gives the impression that Hoodia Complex consist of just Hoodia and Green Tea.

It took twelve days days to reach someone at the 800-597-8654, {01-02-2008} I alway got a busy signal. the woman I spoke with assure me that future shipments would be cancel and gave me a confirmation number.{100269}

I thought this matter was over until a week later I received another shipment. {the package has not been open} according to my bank records, HoodiaPlex Labs withdraw $69.95 from my checking account 2 days after I contacted them. The man I spoke with was very rude, he said i should have read the terms and conditions at the website , all sales were final and if I return the product it would be refused. I try to explain that Hoodia Complex with Green Tea contain caffeine which was not disclose on their website and i would have never even order the sample if I had known this. he told me that this was my problem and if i can't use it throw it away!

I revisit the HoodiaPlex Labs website and read their Terms and Conditions, I was blown away by how misleading and contradicting it was. My next plan of action is to file a consumer complaint with the state of Nevada Bureau Of Consumer Protection. I suggest that everyone who has been scammed by this company do the same.
