I am a former Finance Manager and this place is about as bad as it gets. David Barackman lied about the income when I was hired by 50% and he belittles all of the Finance Managers with his negative words and facial expressions as he is extremely miserable. Hooman flat out stole money from my paycheck and say "too bad, do whatever you want to do" and hung up on me. They sell used vehicles as new and when I told them, nobody cared or listened. The offices, restrooms and lunchroom are disgusting from tripping on the torn carpet to the smell of a stinky wet dog in the lunchroom and the bathrooms either have a trash can touching the toilet seat or splash the seat soaking wet when you flush, all of which its so disgusting. Hooman even lied about me in a blog stating that I had 3 kids when I have one! They have hardly any banks that will do their financing as Wells Fargo won't do business with them and I even heard that Toyota Financial cut them off until they put more money into their account! If you trade in your vehicle, expect to have to call and bug them to pay it off for about a month because their policy is to pay them off in 21 days which is way too long. Rumor has it that Hooman needs to use the money for as long as possible. Employees get paid at 7:30pm on payday, so if you are off early, you have to wait until the next day to get your check. And they don't give it to you, you have to go and find it! There are so many bugs flying around the offices, that you cannot leave a drink there for a second unless you want a bug or two in it, because the place is so dirty. They smoke right in front of the doors so the showroom floor smells like a bar filled with smoke. All of the air caps are stolen off of the employees cars parked out front for some strange reason.
