This is suppose to be a christian based company, but they lie to their drivers. the company wants the drivers to run illegal, when they are out of hours, they dont want to fix their equipment when it needs it. they want their drivers to falsify there logs and then give them points for falsifing logs.. The company does not want the drivers communicating with each other because they know someone will let it be known what kind of company this one is.i would not recommend this company to anyone and that includes my worse enemy.. you have to fight and argue to get your pay, they bounce your payroll checks, or they will stop payment on your check if you dont do things the way they want them done. The company also has the drivers doing the Lease Purchase Program, but the driver will never own the truck because they have the contracts redone when its almost time for the truck to become that drivers..

these are lies, my boyfriend went down there and they offered him a choice between 3 trucks 2 of whcih he said were junk and the 3rd one was leased from quality trucks of IN, they are the farthest thing of a christian company that i can imagine. if you think you want to work for this company run and run fast in the other direction

1. Tradewinds definitely wants its owner operators and lease purchase drivers to comply with all DOT regulations.
2. Tradewinds has a full service shop with several mechanics open extended hours to keep equipment it top performing shape. Significant discounts are in place for Tradewinds owner operators and lease purchase drivers.
3. Tradewinds Lease Purchase program has allowed many drivers to become owner operators! Tradewinds has a uniform lease purchase program that cannot be unilaterally changed. Tradewinds has a lease purchase fleet of Peterbilts, Kenworths, Freightliners and Internationals. Get more details here.

This company still owes us the money from the maintance escrow account (1180+)dollars, performance bond(550)dollars, money for bounced checks that they have stopped payment on even after the driver delivered a specific load for them.. They really need to have DOT investigate them...
