One of the sleaziest trucking companies I have encountered with in my career it is a complete horror story. To begin if you do not heed warning at least have the iniative to go to Key Bank about 4 miles east of the home office open an account and ask them to mail your check to the bank so bank can deposit into account. IF YOU ARE OUT TWO WEEKS SOMETHING GO SOUTH HE WILL WALK DOWN THOSE STEPS AND TAKE CHECK OR CHECKS OUT OF BOX LMAO SURPRISE. They want to hold payroll as long as possible so they can run on it there are usually 50 checks sitting in office or in drivers home mail boxes waiting until they feel like routing the truck in. I actually got lost because I looped through terminal to pick up my check twice 40 50 mile different but a bad idea with electronical logs. They are ignorant and think people eat air and live off miles they do put forth decent effort but do not follow it home I am an owner operator so I did not get it as bad. Their lease purchase is a failing match equalization. I got two decent checks I ran across other drivers that got decent checks me and two of the drivers had the same thing in common we sat on road doing 34 restart during Christmas and New Years which allowed enough time to conver miles to justify a decent check. The other guy was not on electronical logs he grandfathered over. The sleazy people falsely took my truck out of service for petty mechanical problem I paid there shop to fix twice loose bolt on block where alternator mounts. They asked me to drive loaner lease purchase truck for 2 weeks which was a nightmare freaking thing need a rebuilt and went through 2 gallons of oil a day. They where only using me to drive until tax year ended obviously they had enough write offs for year and where waiting on new year to begin before they would fix all there garbage. It is a long and complexed story but what you want to know is they play with the money dispatch runs while Matthew Deck burst chops about unsafe equipment. Mr. Deck does not acknowledge pleas to repair before dot finds anyway regardless of the fact I repeated looped through terminal and hounded Mr Deck of much needed bald trailer tires. Wes Chadon kept running trying his best to get me out of the electronical log book finiancial hole? Which I guess he had to take a swing but 3 dot bald tires shoddy equipment violations later Josh Klema had the nerves to let me go for bad psp score. The real fun part is they tried to roll the fuel depth over to my truck and put a mechanics lean on my truck I paid them 2 for fix that did not work. The cherry on the pie to keep you away is that they where so hurriedly to book me out once they got there paperwork they called the police asked them to wait on parking lot then told me I was fired.I talked garbage police arrived in 30 seconds and they told me it was my fault police had to be involved. Gosh the cops looked so tired it was laughable had they look as if geez wheez he is drunk and beating on the wife again. It was clear the cops respond to tradewinds on a regular basis freaking cop was talking about bogus trucking company senerios telling me shhh I know I know as if he heard it so many time. Tradewinds stood on there mechanics leans wanting 1000 before they would release truck police did not support and I had spare key. Crazy part they are so ignorant they failed to realize the truck was not in my name I never transfered title just to shows they do what they want. Imperfect christians inforcing what they believe is right over confident never second guess themselves no doubt are we sure we are doing right thing before we go head strong? THE CHERRY IS THEY RACKED TICKETS FOR NO REGISTRATION BALD TIRES FAULTY SPEEDOMETER 1000 IN CITATIONS AND WILL NOT PAY YES SUDDENLY FIRED NO CHECK AND 1000 IN DOT FINES RESEARCH HARD AND REMEMBER THEY ARE A TEAM SITTING IN OFFICE OVER HEARING PHONE CALLS. I still had grudge against that freak Ben Cook that handed me a bible a few scripts from the bible and financially sodomized me until me nose bled. I really got off lucky consider guy started with me worked 8 weeks received 100 finally quit because he was begging his dispatcher Brookes for advances for food and was being denied lmao
