Hoosier tradewinds/tradewinds ripoff company will not day you for any work you do.gives you useless equipment that is broken and don't work properly.and truck stays in shop Arcadia Indiana

Hoosier tradewinds does not pay their drivers.i have worked here for 8 weeks and have only received 2 checks. Me and my wife stay on the road for 3-4 weeks at a time and go home for 2 days we can't even afford to buy food most of the time.we have had to sell almost everything we own just to eat.the first week I started the company my truck went into the shop.and for 3 weeks it was in and out of the shop because things keep breaking on the truck.their teltrak elog system keeps messing up as well.the double charge you for fixing the truck too.i am a flatbed driver and the chains and binders were all rusty and doesn't work all the straps are old and ripped as well. My ac does not work in the truck and tradewinds refuses to fix it.someone needs to sue Hoosier tradewinds/tradewinds. Because of them not paying drivers and scamming them out of money.i am suppose to be getting 80% of what the load is worth but they only give me 500$-600$ loads and that only pays fuel cost. I have only made 2 checks of less than 500$ since I've been here.when I was suppose to be getting over 1000$ on both of those checks after fuel and truck ect. payments.Hoosier tradewinds/tradewind say they are a Christian company but all they do is lie and steal from the drivers.I came to this company because they say they are Christian. But they screw the drivers big time. I will be looking at a lawsuit on this company so should other drivers..
