We paid $4,200.00 for a loan modification and nothing! This company is a SCAM. Buyer Beware!
They chance their name, websites go up and down, move offices, and spend a lot of time trying to make their company look legitimate but it is not. Once they are paid, you never hear from them again.
There is a class action suit against them. Just saw info. on trust link community board. Case # BC438451. Victims should call (((redacted))).
So, apparently there are a great number of people who have a similar story. I'm going to call on Monday. I think anyone who has been a victim of any of these businesses should call. It couldn't hurt to see if the post is true about a lawsuit.

Our office was contacted by the person that has made this complaint. In sum, this person has filed this complaint AFTER she completely verified that she hired and paid a copy called Bay Law firm. She confirmed that she signed a contract with Bay Law Group, paid them and went to their office for services.
We invited her to come down to my office if she has any doubts but she declined and now she files this completely false posting.
How could Hope 4 Homes or MA LAW possibly refund someone else's client?
We have nothing to do with this other firm and this persons knows it. If she has proof, she should show it. If she falsely sue us, we will seek our attorney's fees and costs. Litigation is a two way street!
In sum, we have nothing to do with this matter. We are writing this rebuttal to make it clear as these internet posting can get a life of their own.
Its easy to go this site and post lies without back up.
