On 08/19/2011 I discovered that my GreenDot card was over drafted. After reviewing my account statement there showed one transaction that I knew I hadn't ever seen or heard of. Thus I know i didn't aunthorize the amount of $29.95 to be deducted from my account.

When I view the contact information for Horizon Card Services it provides a 800 number and also says that the amount deducted was for amusement & entertainment.

The actual transaction took place on 08/15/2011, but didn't post to account until 08/17/2011.
