I used to be an employee of Hoizons, Yes im guessing the reason you are on here is to check out the complaints or your thinking about using there services. Well dont, i worked for horizon for about 7 months and i have heard it all from bait and switch to what a rip off. Well congradulations you are abosolutly correct. I know your probably thinking how can somebody work for a company that rips people off. Well it all boils down to how your treated by the bosses. If your doing good they treat you like there your best friend and when your not they treat you like crap.

Now when you see 6.95 per room you think wow thats a great deal, and when you see 34.75 for five rooms you think omg my whole house can get clean for 35 dollars yeah!  im not trying to get smart but last time i checked 6.95 times 5 is 34.75 its amazing how nice these people are NOT! But they are going out of there way to throw in the hallway WOW! oh yeah and it 6.95 for walking closets also no matter what size they are.

Now the next step is the deep scrub metod they want to use that cost way to much money to begin with and when you mister green the boss to get it cheaper for the costumer yep its still way to expensive. But some people still say yes. I dont understand. If me the exemployee doesnt call the boss (aka Mister Green) for a discount we get sent home or just not given work for a couple days. Its puting all our bill on the back burner and that puts me in a bind. either attempt to rip people off or risk not being able to pay my bills and lose everything i have.

Now when a customer says no they just want the basic on a five room house i would make 8.00 now that doesnt pay for anything and when i upsold a job for 101.00 i would make 25 so i was making 25 to 33 percent and feeling bad about taking from the people that didnt have to money to begin with.

It all comes down to how i was trained and what i had to do to keep the work flow coming in. People please do your homework and if you have read this i want you to know that im not pissed off that im not working for this crack a*s company, i just want to be completely honest on how this company works and if you already have an appointment cancel now but be ready to get an ear full from the bosses, because they dont really care about you. At the end of the day all they care about if there overhead. (money in there wallet) thank you and have a great day.
