Horizon Products needs to be shutdown!  They have been calling me about owing them for some safety glasses they claimed to have sent me over six months ago. They do not have a PO or even the proper name of anybody who could have orderd them. I have refused to pay.

They have now threatened me with court on all the voice mails they leave me. Unfortunately for them they do not know the natural order of things it does not work that way. You dont just go straight to court. So I am still refusing to pay.

I have filed a complaint with the New Jersey BBB and that has done no good since the have closed the case because niether side could come to an agreement. I have also filed a complaint with the FTC and we will have to see the outcome of that.

The FTC has shut this company down in the past under the names Compu-Kleen and Sparta-Chem. The owners name is Dennis Saccurato. He has just recently opened up new businesses in Las Vegas, NV. and Henderson, NV. under the name Star West Labs.

Refuse to pay these scammers and put them out of business.
