Placed an online order, added to the order via telephone before it shipped. Oder has been lost by the USPS. Make sure you have shipping insurance, and make sure that it is included in the confirmation order. Keep a copy of that order. Print it out. Best advice. Do not order anything from this company. There customer service get's an "F" from me. I am out $100 for product that was not recieved. Buyer beware.
