The management and office staff are less the professional and not able to resolve any issues and do not deliver professional caring adequate service to the patient. When you call the office 100% of the time you can never reach anyone and you are told they will call back this never happens. The company kept the clinical supervisor and only for her to be able to make another patient sick and have the patient meds run out. When this was brought to the company attention retailation was taken agianst the patent for doing so. The social worker does not follow professional guideleins as set by the Behavioral Board. 2 formal complaint are filed against the clinical supervisor and the social worker. The complaints will be substnuated by both the state nursing board and the state behavioral board respectively. Due to the porr and less then caring professional service delivery the patient ran out of medication and became worse. It took 6 days with the patient getting worse to resolve the wrongs and get the patient medication. After this was brought to the management attention retalitory behavior and actions were taken agianst the patient. The patient has since eft the care of Hospice Family Care. if yu care about caring professional service stay wawy from this service provider.
