Host Gator Avoid Host Gator like the PLAGUE, Customer service is a joke, Cost me thousands in dollars and time Internet

I would like to share how I was duped by HostGator as well. 
Previously I put in a support ticket concerning the fact my WordPress admin panel was not connecting to my database.  To make a verry long and frusterating situation shorter, it took about 30 emails back and forth to a guy in India to get somewhat of a result. After the first five, he suggested I call him instead?????? What good would calling him do?? I told him I did not have a phone and he can ask me anything through email, next four emails from him were the same, please call or we will have someone call you.  At that point I had to ask him if he actually reads the emails sent him.
Besides this, he kept sending me emails saying the situation was fixed!!!!.  HUH, I asked him how it was fixed, when I logged into my admin panel now all I got was a white blank screen.  His reply was he went ahead and installed a brand new WP admin panel!!!! WTF!!! he just wiped out months of working on my very difficult database.  To make matters worse, the new admin panel was just that an admin panel that did not even connect to my site.  I asked him at this point if he actually checked his work before sending emails saying everything was fixed. His reply was of course but sometimes things can be overlooked.  Now I can understand overlooking part of an admin panel, but how do you overlook a totally white screen.  The reply?? I should stop getting upset with him as he was trying to help me!!!!.
Today I had the lovely pleasure of finding my account hacked, I informed tech dpt. Again with the we have fixed everything emails, HUH??? funny when I checked all accounts still hacked and could not get into admin panel, there solution? Please upgrade to latest version of WP. Well that would be lovely I told them if I could actually log in but like my support ticket said the sites were hacked and could not log in. They did  tell me thay take this kind of thing very seriously but would not do anything about it that they see this type of attack thousands of times daily!!!!!!!.  No wonder hackers get away with things as companies like Host Gator do nothing about it.  I even supplied the hackers registrant and hoster!!!.Recieved multiple emails over and over saying my accounts were no fixed, which again of course they were not. My question remains, what pleasure do these people get in sending these emails, getting your hopes up that things are fixed when nothing has actually been fixed?? Do they think were such morons that we will just say oh great and not check anything????I asked for a credit for they downtime and the fact there unsecure server had cost me hundereds in daily revenue to my clients. Guess what??? no response again except to say it was MY fault cause of my version of WP. Funny though one of my sites hacked is not even a WP site.  I requested to cancell my account and got the proverbial you must cancell through our online cancellation etc, etc, Still no answr as to the hacker, or any credits. I cancelled all my accounts and got a nice form letter saying,"when you are ready to come back to us simply"  What come back to them they must be joking!! AVOID HOSTGATOR LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!! YOU WILL BE MORE THAN SORRY!!!
By the way emails to brent@hostgator.com have gone unanswered!!!.
