Host Nine will not stop taking payments from your account when you cancel Internet

Be care when selecting a company to host a website. I have been with "Host Nine" for a little over 6 months, and when I decided not to market the products i was involved in, I sent an email to cancel. I assumed this was good enough because you can no longer access the website that they are still trying to collect from. It is inactive, but every month I get a bill and send a note to CANCEL. I said if they didn't cancel my agreement that I would go public. They tell me threats don't hurt them (obviously they have enough suckers, that they don't need new ones). I still don't know the proper way to cancel. I think the proper forms go to your junk mail (which most of us delete before reading). Now they want to go legal.....all for a measely $10 a month.

Stay away from Host Nine web hosting!!! It's like the Mafia....once your in....your in!
