I suppose things that sound too good to be true online REALLY ARE. Hosting24.com has a very unique approach to offering a '30 day satisfaction guarantee' in their unique world of making a dollar at anyone's expense.

I was referred from a 'dummy' referal site of 007 webhost to this site as I was looking to make a php based site. My normal hosting providor for 30+ site that I have made does not offer such, so I took a leap of faith on this company called Hosting24.com. I will say that is has been one painful 'leap', with faith in the wrong place as they have taken over 100+USD from my meager 600.00 USD a month, limited income.

The 'dummy' site (referel) makes great 'hype' of this hosing company & even promised help for those who need it in such things as PHP,PEARL,C-PANEL,ETC..., yet once they get that initial charge...you will never get a completed live chat session, much less your money back, much less a working site, much less stop the ability for them to continue to make charges to your card when they so felt inclined to do so, at what time they may feel to do so. They made false statements of 'spamming' from my account, made a public disgrace of my reputation with 'ACCOUNT SUSPENDED!' to all, then they say "all cancellations must be made through support ticket". Well... the catch is this....once you get that 'account suspended' status (like an automated support ticket, which they use to try to make you move to a 'more secure' site plan with them...yes, they lock it to ask for more money to avoid such 'issues')...then you can not make any tickets to them to cancel acccount. It is a nasty trick & they have numerous live chats as well as requests from me to STOP ACCOUNT! REFUND MONEY! I DO NOT WANT TO DO SUCH BUSINESS....

Yet, they will proceed to charge your card...(one charge on oct17th, another on april12), until you have to basicly cancel your credit card as they will give you every excuse in the world on why they can not cancel & how it "MUST BE A NEW TICKET TO CANCEL/REFUND', yet have you locked out of the ability of making any new ticket.... They also recently posted their 'phone numbers' on thier contact page....

Try calling the billing.... over & over... nothing but "nobody is aswering - goodbye'....

Well, they have caused me much grief & though the amount may sound small to some. It was all I had & they wiped the card & just hang-up on me in live chat as they have for months.

It is a scandelous little company from 'kansas'  (YEAH RIGHT)... google maps will show you that, as they have let that stand to be their location, but take a second look...it is not kansas, & they do not bother to corect the google map listing...it is some similar sounding town in lithiuania. Just an overseas person who is probably using my money to make statigic moves against us.

I will always do my research better before letting any BOGUS company have my personal information.

They have not only ignored all requests for refunds, but publicly made work/site/company appear to be a 'scam' to others, & then reported me when i removed them from the websever pointing DNS for 'phishing' the next time, & yet they have the audacity to charge that card at will.
