This company garnished my wages 10 years ago without notification, and continues to garnish them on a debt that was included in my bankruptcy. I have asked them multiple times to please send me the original debt information for the garnishment and I have been told multiple times that they would mail it to me and I have yet to receive anything from them other than harrassing phone calls and letters to my employer. I also asked them to contact my original creditor and see if there was a lesser amount that I could pay in one lump sum and they told me that the creditors were not willing to accept a lesser amount. I have also asked them numerous times for the original creditor's phone number so that I could call them myself and try and work out something, and they told me that they could not provide that information to me. I have had it with these people and their constant harrassment.
