House of imports / lying cheating sales DALE & CHANCE CORAVONA

I requested quote from www.edmunds.com. Dale Carovona from house of imports sent contacted me by e-mail. After I told them exactly what I wanted, they e-mailed me a detialed quote on a E350 lease.

I heard of the dealership's bait and switch game. I did not want to drive from downtown LA to Orange county to see them and they switch on me. I gave them 15 days to make sure the price they game me was correct. I talked to thm every day during that 15 days. They assured me every time that they price was correct. They told me that they will honor their price.

I finally got to their store. Dale's son Chance made us spend 3 hours there testing the car and run the credit check. When we were ready to sign the agreement, Dale showed up and ordered his son to leave and take care of something more important. Then he told us that the price they gave me was a mistake. I have to pay $100 more every month for a 39 month lease. which totalled about $4000.

Their slogan is "no body beats the house" It should be "Nobody beats the house for lying and cheating". Those people are a**holes. They go straight to h**l and nobody beats them in getting to h**l.
