Hotamwholesale (Abby) Shenzhen Newking Technology Co., Ltd. Paid $128.00 for a phone, Claim of $102.00 additional required, tax claim, no proof of shipment as made. SHENZHEN Guang Dong , China

On or about  9/26/13 I contacted Abby representing Hotamwholesale.com a wholesale electronics  firm located in Shenzhen, Guandong, China  for the purpose to purchase a cell phone. The agreed price was $128.00 shipping included.

On 9/29/13 I sent $128.00 via: Western Union,  To First Name: WEN Tao Last Name : Li., There is a National Holiday in China for one week so my next contact with Abby was on 10/7/13 questioning the shipment ,I was notified by Abby that she was notified by customs that the package was delayed because of Taxes Due on the item She tried to extort another $108.00 out of me that would be an 80% tax.

If any taxes were due on this item it would have been imposed by U.S. Customs not Hong Kong customs where it item was being shipped from. Trying to locate the item I requested a tracking number because the shipping arrangements specified DHL as the carrier the  number I was supplied was fictitious tracking nunmber, I contacted DHL they informed me that the tracking number is issues at time of pick-up and it could be tracked anywhere in the system even if it was at customs.       

I requested proof of shipping they could not supply. I asked for a pick up address they would not supply.

No communication from this company to date.

Only conclusion is:

Hotamwholesale.com,  Abby,  Shenzhen Newking Technology Co., Ltd.

Wen Tao, Li are all dishonest and unethical in their business practices.
