i ordered 3 personalized dog collars with names and phone #--they came but were just iron on letters,which ,of course came off in less than a week
i tried to call the company phone #,but no one ever answers
you can leave a message , but no one ever calls you back
you can't return,only exchange (for more crappy merchandise)
i turned them in to the Better Business Bureau, who could never reach them either
so they just gave up
so I want the public to know to
AVOID this company
There is NO recourse, thru ebay or paypal or whatever
RUN....RUN... As fast as you can

As per our voice mail system indicates, all questions on previously placed orders must be sent via email.

With regard to the personalized collars, we offer 2 options, heat transfer lettering and embroidered lettering. The heat transfer option is meant for special occasions and not as an every day collar. This information is clearly stated within our website and the product description.
