Hotel Baja Booked a room at their hotel, checked in, left for a few hours,came back checked out room, was dirty bed lumpy, told them I couldn't sleep there and checked out. Asked about refund, he said to just call Expedia and they would take care of it Puerto Penasco, Son Internet

I booked a room online at the Hotel Baja through Expedia.com. When I got to Mexico, my son in law took me to the hotel and I checked in. We dropped off my bag in the room and left. I came back about 2 hours later, and checked out the room. It was dirty, the bed was lumpy, had stains on the sheets, I realized that I could not sleep there. I took my bag and told the desk clerk that I was checking out, I couldn't sleep there, that my truck was cleaner and I would sleep in it. He said no problem. I asked about a refund and he said to just call Expedia and they would take care of it. I called Expedia as soon as I returned to the states on Sunday Oct, as I could not call them in Mexico, I didn't have phone coverage. They said they would contact the Hotel. They called the Hotel for days, and no answer. When they finally did get through, the Hotel refused to refund me! I didn't use any of their facilities. This is a ripoff.
