Hotel Le Bleu Hotel Le Bleu rips customers off. You apply online and when you go to the hotel you are turned away and they keep your money. Brooklyn, New York

My partner registered for Hotel Le Bleu online for January 10 of this year. When we arrived at the hotel to check in we where turned away. They kept our money and did not offer to solve the problem.
