I made a reservation for the Excalibur Hotel in Las Vegas for 7 nights in December of 2005. Had a booking number. Flew in and got to hotel to find out they did not have a resevation for me and there were no rooms at all because it was booked solid. I called Hotels.com from lobby and they said they were sorry and would find me another hotel.

After waiting for awhile I was informed that they did not have any where else for me in Las Vegas at all.

I asked them what they expected me to do at 11PM in Vegas and I was told to find my own hotel room for a week on my own. Great start to my vacation. Not!

I was told I would receive a refund and also received a credit of $50 a day up to total of $350. 50X7 nights = $350.00. After my trip I had to email and call and fight and fax 3 times for my credit of $235.00 which was the additional amount I paid to stay at The Tropicana.
Never ever use this compamy!! Excalibur was also very unhelpful! Not even a phone to call other hotels.
