Hotel's.com is the biggest ripoff.  I booked a 2 night stay and within 2 hrs needed to cancel because of double bookings and they told me that they would cancel it.  Lo and behold it showed up on my Credit card statement and I had to file a dispute. When calling Hotels.com they put me through a series of prompts that stated that my credit card had been credited back.  Needless to say it hadnt so I filed a dispute with my CC co. even though I proved it was cancelled.   I will absolutely never use this site again.
