My girlfriend and I booked through Hotwire and received this hotel which was rated as a 3 1/2 * hotel, mind you it was the last one on the list of possible hotels. We checked in here after our second day at the disney parks and although we booked a King room there were no more avaliable, only doubles.

We took the room because we were already tired and didn't feel like waiting until some other room became available or what not, we got room 415 the sheets were dirty both the flat and fitted sheets, there was roach eggs on the floor, the phone was broken so instead of replacing it they put another one in the room on a table and the best part is that the a/c was broken, I called housekeeping they came to change one of the sheets and I told her about the broken a/c and supposedly she called someone to come fix it because even after an hour we were still waiting for it to be fixed, NO ONE CAME!

We headed back to the front desk and told her what had occured and she said "we literally have no rooms left but here is another room" it was room 435 if im not mistaken, we walked into the room to the smell of cigarettes and the company of a oversized insect flying around, aside from that the vending machine right across from the room didn't even work it stole the money my girlfriend had inserted for a water.

We checked out of that room also and headed back to the desk for the third time we received a whole different building 741, the parking was scarce. Walking into the room we instantly checked everything, the room was a bit bigger but the sheets were still dirty, the shower was old but the room itself was bearable compared to the others at that point the a/c worked and we really didn't to find out what else the property had to offer.

Later on that night we went to get food and go back to the parks we returned and in the corridor we had some guest! cockroaches roaming around, no wonder why their were some in the room in the morning when we woke up one in the bathroom and one on the wall.

The best is yet to come I called Hotwire prior to our trip and told them about the mistake I had made while booking the hotel and not until after booking it I realized it was pet friendly and that I am highly allergic to pets, the lady who I thought would be of some assistance jsut went on to tell me to use the HIDDEN menu next time to uncheck the pet friendly option and even after saying i'd pay the difference to upgrade she was of no assistance at all! What did I expect she didn't even greet me when she answered the phone, I greeted her. I guess Hotwire is more willing to pay hospital bills and what ever else instead of protecting their customers or being useful in some way.

"We take pride in providing you with the best experience possible." Hotwire claims but horribly fail in doing so, This was my first time using hotwire and never again could they expect to receive any of my money and I'll be sure to stop anyone else from experiencing such disappoint at the hands of such a careless company, look elsewhere from this Hotel and Hotwire at all costs!!!!
