Hotwire Rip off NYC Internet

  I have been fighting with them since September!! I booked and PAID for a flight cut and pasted what I thought were my confirmation and baggage info to print out at my office the next day. Only to find that when I clicked the link the next day it said that the deal was no longer available! I wish it stopped there. I had to spend another 2 hours online booking another flight. I did not hear a word from them until the day AFTER I had returned from my trip saying I had canceled my flight!!!!! with them. I spoke with several people, they tried to push me off to the airlines- no I didn't buy the ticket from the airline I bought it from you. They then told me to fax my story all to deaf ears- I was told to write to the corporate office I did and their "decision " was still no I had to pay for these tickets!!!!!!!!! even though the link said the deal was no longer available! Amazing that you can take my credit card info and send a link that says no longer available and then insist that I pay for the tickets ! I even had American Express step in - times 3!!! and they couldn't get anywhere! Currently AmEx is charging me interest!!! and my perfect payment history is ruined because Il refuse to pay for these airline tickets, when I read "this deal is no longer available I actually understand that the deal is no longer available! Most people with money to burn would have cut their aggravation factor and just paid for the tickets. I unfortunately don't have that luxury and now am taking to social media. Please help I would be happy to supply all of the paper work.
